The City's Existing Zoning Map was created by a consultant prior to the implementation of the City's Geographic Infomormation System. Several recent issues have resulted in a review and update of the zoning map. All of the amendments will be considered together at a public hearing at the Planning Board on April 9, 2008. After the Planning Board has considered the proposed changes to the Zoning Map on April 9, 2008 and made a recommendation to the City Commission, the Planning Division will request that a public hearing be conducted at the City Commission.
